Job summary
CITIC CLSA is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Analyst to deliver end-user services on the Hong Kong trading floors. The role focuses on stability of desktop technologies, market data applications, and strong liaison with business users, application teams and external vendors.
Ideal candidates will have 5–8 years of desktop support experience within financial services, fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, and hands-on support for Bloomberg and Refinitiv platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
- 5–8 years of deskop support experience.
- Experience with Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365; basic networking.
Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated end-user support for trade floor users.
- Support Bloomberg, Refinitiv and other market data platforms.
- Manage market data licenses, renewals and vendor relationships in Hong Kong.
- Participate in BCP testing and onboarding of new market data applications.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot desktop systems and market data applications.
- Coordinate joiner setup and leaver deprovisioning; manage user access.
- Manage procurement of PCs, peripherals and End User Services equipment.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide on-call support during critical trading hours.
