Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Consulting, Transformation, Merchandising, or Planning.
• University degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering.
• Deep understanding of apparel value chain, Merchandising, Planning or Inventory Management.
• Strong strategic vision and change management skills.
• Proven track record in end-to-end transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development and operational management of e‑commerce packaging and fulfillment enablement.
• Oversee packaging lifecycle, inventory control, forecasting, and budget management across regions.
• Own delivery performance tracking, SLAs, and customer experience indicators across key regions.
• Collaborate with DC, logistics, and operations to optimize packaging and shipping processes.
• Define delivery options across markets and align with platform requirements.
• Improve order return processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory across Distribution Centers and optimize allocation.
