Job summary

lululemon is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead end-to-end DC and logistics projects in APAC. You will develop detailed plans, manage budgets and resources, and coordinate with operations, IT, finance, and procurement to ensure successful delivery.

You will engage with carriers to optimize routes, implement new fulfilment capabilities, and monitor SLAs, working closely with global teams to maintain consistency across regions.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of Project or Program management experience.
• Experience with WMS (Manhattan), Multicarrier Parcel Engine tech (Nshift/Centiro) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the APAC supply chain landscape and carrier networks.
• Proven experience in carrier negotiations and contract management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of DC and logistics projects, primarily in APAC.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, finance, and procurement for successful delivery.
• Engage carriers and logistics providers to ensure seamless integration and implementation.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and manage SLA compliance.
• Oversee new DC and fulfillment capability implementations within the supply chain network.
