Job summary

lululemon is seeking a 3PL Implementation Support & Solution Design Manager for APAC. This onsite contingent contract role reports to the Senior Manager Third Party Logistics and partners with APAC 3PL, DC, and logistics teams to design and implement 3PL solutions, enforce SLA compliance, and drive data-driven improvements.

The role requires at least 5 years in distribution/logistics, strong IT skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in distribution and logistics operations, preferably for multi-channel retailer or 3PL environments.
• Exposure to contracting, RFPs, project implementation, SOPs, and 3PL solutions preferred.
• Strong communication skills to inspire, motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel to support business needs.
• Analytical problem-solving with a solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assess readiness of outsourced DC/logistics across process, capacity, and service models.
• Review and validate SOPs with 3PL partner and ensure alignment with standards and contracts.
• Interpret SOW/SLA and identify scope misalignment, support internal stakeholders with contractual requirements.
• Provide structured distribution readiness assessments and document residual risks for handover to steady-state teams.
