Job summary
DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Associate, Digital Service Delivery in Consumer Banking to help drive new digital initiatives from requirements to live production. Qualifications
- University degree required.
- Experience in consumer banking digital products.
- Delivery experience in Agile projects with end-to-end ownership.
- Strong requirement elicitation and stakeholder communication.
- Experience with UAT, QA, and production launches.
Responsibilities
- Assist team lead in new product development or system projects.
- Drive delivery within an Agile framework with end-to-end ownership.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and ensure delivery.
- Identify risk and track to resolution.
- Lead design of large user stories and manage product backlog.
- Supervise UAT testers and ensure test plans are executed as scheduled.
- Support post-implementation tasks including training and issue resolution.
- Provide system solution advisory between business and technology.
- Deliver end-to-end for all Consumer Banking digital initiatives on time and within budget.
