Job summary

DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Digital Project Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of consumer banking projects from planning to production launch. You will partner with Product, Operations, Technology, COO, Legal & Compliance and Customer Support to ensure seamless, compliant delivery and smooth production handoffs.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• Preference for knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Experience with project management lifecycle in banking/investment.
• Ability to translate ideas into actionable changes using change management practices.
• Experience managing end-to-end projects across requirements, testing, and implementation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team player.
• Self-starter with customer-centric mindset and ability to handle tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; risk awareness and control.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Digital Project Delivery Lead to manage the delivery of projects in consumer banking products.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Technology, COO, Legal & Compliance and Customer Support to deliver end-to-end systems.
• Lead UAT to ensure system behavior matches the solution design.
• Review system solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external risk & regulatory clearances.
• Oversee pre- and post-implementation tasks including user stories, testing, production launch and verification.
• Provide regular reviews with key stakeholders on enhancements and progress updates.
• Ensure production incidents are resolved within SLA and follow-up actions completed.
• Oversee projects to align with the digital roadmap, scope, budget and schedule.
• Define project scope with relevant stakeholders and manage within governance.
• Proactively manage issues, risks and deliverables.
