Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales professional in Hong Kong to handle customer transactions, quotations, deliveries, and related documentation.

You will conduct contract reviews, manage large RFQ spreadsheets, and prepare competitive quotations aligned with company goals. The role requires coordinating with Sales and cross-functional teams, maintaining customer files, supporting AR follow-up, and guiding the CSR team to ensure outstanding service and growth.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales/Customer Service experience required.
• Prefer experience in fasteners/manufacturing or forwarding.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions including quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, returns, and related documentation.
• Conduct contract reviews for all customer purchase orders per HFS procedures.
• Coordinate and manage large RFQ spreadsheets across multiple HFS sites with Product Management.
• Prepare competitive and profitable customer quotations aligned with company objectives.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive satisfaction and growth.
• Manage daily customer communications (email/phone) with timely responses.
• Liaise with Sales and cross-functional teams including Product Management, Shipping, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Credit.
• Maintain accurate customer files and documentation.
• Coordinate goods delivery and provide shipping notifications to CSSR after customer confirmation.
• Support Accounts Receivable by reviewing AR reports and contacting customers on payment status.
• Update backlog data with CSSR and manage shipping schedule changes with customers.
• Maintain quotation tracking records and perform high-volume data entry with detail.
• Lead and guide the CSR team to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support initiatives to grow HFS business and take on additional responsibilities from Sales Manager.
