Rohlig Hong Kong Limited in Hong Kong (Kwun Tong) is seeking a Customer Relations Officer/Executive to support the Business Development Manager throughout the sales process and implement inside sales strategies to achieve growth targets. You will oversee lead generation, upsell opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships globally.

The role requires English and Mandarin fluency, a logistics or related degree, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in logistics management or related discipline.
• English and Mandarin communication skills are essential for daily interactions with customers and overseas offices.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage quotations, orders and rate inquiries accurately.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Development Manager throughout the sales process.
• Implement inside sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Oversee lead generation to acquire new clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
• Manage and enhance customer relationships to drive satisfaction, retention and growth.
• Deliver top-tier customer service with same-day responses to emails and faxes.
• Coordinate with overseas offices and agents on sales and new orders.
• Handle customer orders and prepare professional quotations and documents.
• Update customer information in EDI Enterprise accurately.
• Stay updated on industry issues and rate levels.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and follow credit procedures.
• Report special occasions or issues to superiors and assist with ad-hoc duties.
