Job summary

TTM Technologies Trading Asia Company Limited is seeking a highly analytical Compensation Consultant to advise on complex compensation matters and serve as a trusted partner to business leaders and HRBPs. You will lead exception pricing, job mapping, and integration work linked to M&A, while ensuring alignment with Center of Excellence policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of compensation experience, including market pricing and offer analysis.
• Experience pricing complex offers with executive components and international transfers.
• Proven ability to model costs and harmonize pay post-M&A.
• Strong Excel analytics, scenario modeling, and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Escalated Offer Pricing & Advisory: analyze and advise on non-standard offers, including international transfers and acquisition scenarios.
• Restructure & Organizational Change: lead compensation analysis for restructurings, reductions, and site consolidations; build cost models.
• Sector-Wide Analysis & Projects: conduct market reviews, compression analysis, and cost forecasting for multiple sectors.
• M&A Compensation Integration: support due diligence, post-close harmonization, and pay alignment.
• Stakeholder Partnership & Portfolio Management: advise business leaders and HRBPs with data-driven compensation guidance.
