Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Hong Kong seeks a highly analytical Compensation Consultant to provide specialist advisory services on complex compensation matters, including offers, restructures and M&A integration.

You will partner with HRBPs and leaders, translating market and internal data into actionable recommendations while aligning with COE policies across APAC. The role emphasizes data-driven guidance and executive compensation considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of dedicated compensation experience with market pricing.
• Experience pricing complex offers incl. executive compensation & acquisitions.
• Strong Excel/analytics skills with scenario modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead escalation pricing and advisory for complex offers and M&A scenarios.
• Coordinate with Equity Manager and Senior Director on offer components.
• Drive compensation analysis for restructures, reductions in force and site consolidations.
• Partner with HRBPs and Legal on transition communications and compliance.
