SMCP is seeking an experienced Regional HR Leader to collaborate with Paris HQ and oversee APAC payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR compliance. The role focuses on delivering accurate HR data reports, managing HR administration, and driving regional projects such as HRIS implementations.

You will coordinate with local HR partners across markets, ensure statutory compliance, and optimize budgets and HR processes for efficiency and consistency across Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences or related discipline.
• 8+ years of HR experience with regional responsibilities across markets, including managerial experience.
• Solid regional payroll oversight, HR administration, and compensation and benefits in a retail environment.
• Strong HRIS proficiency and analytics, including data management and monthly HR data reporting.
• Good knowledge of employment laws across APAC, including HK/ Mainland China.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly reconciliation of regional budget and HR data reports with Paris HQ and consolidate inputs from local HR teams.
• Oversee payroll oversight and HR administration with local partners, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Manage regional compensation and benefits programs, including commissions, incentives, bonuses and salary reviews.
• Lead regional HR compliance and policy development to align with local laws and company rules across Asia Pacific.
• Drive regional HR projects, including HRIS implementation and budgeting tool adoption.
