Everlink HR Consulting Limited is representing a multinational company seeking a hands-on HR Manager, Compensation & Benefits (Regional) to drive the regional total rewards strategy and governance across Asia. You will oversee payroll operations, compliance, and vendor management.

You will design regional salary review structures, incentive plans, and merit modeling, lead market benchmarking, and provide advisory support to senior stakeholders, HRBPs, and cross-country teams.

Qualifikationen

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of progressive C&B experience with regional payroll oversight and multi-country operations.
• Experience in F&B/consumer/retail sectors preferred.
• Strong data analytics, data modeling, and HRIS proficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
• Detail-minded, independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel (Advanced) and PowerPoint; familiarity with HRIS.

• Direct and govern regional payroll operations and statutory compliance across multiple markets.
• Review and enhance total rewards strategies, governance frameworks, and vendor management.
• Design and execute regional salary review structures and incentive plans; model merit matrices.
• Lead market benchmarking and salary survey participation for competitiveness.
• Lead cost simulations, manpower budgeting, and workforce cost analytics for regional planning.
• Streamline regional C&B policies and standardize SOPs across entities.
• Provide strategic advisory and resolve reward or payroll escalations for senior stakeholders and HRBPs.
