Job summary
TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly analytical Compensation Consultant to advise on complex compensation matters across our Asia-Pacific portfolio.
You will translate market data and internal insights into actionable recommendations for HRBPs and leaders, focusing on offer pricing, restructurings, and integration scenarios. In this role you will partner with HRBPs, Legal, and Finance to design competitive pay structures, support M&A activities, and ensure compliance with Center of
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, economics, or related field.
- 5–8 years of compensation experience with market pricing and offer analysis.
- Experience pricing complex offers, executive compensation and acquisitions.
- Expert Excel/analytics for scenario modeling and data visualization.
- Multi-country APAC experience (China, Hong Kong, Malaysia).
Responsibilities
- Analyze and advise on escalated, non-standard offers including international transfers and acquisitions.
- Lead restructuring compensation analyses and cost modeling for site changes.
- Execute large-scale sector-wide compensation projects and market reviews.
- Support due diligence and post‑close compensation integration in M&A.
