Job summary

Chaos International Financial Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Client Relationship Officer / Customer Service Officer to blend top-tier client service with middle-to-back-office operations.

You will manage account openings, AML checks, settlement processing, and daily data updates, coordinating with internal teams. Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English is required; post-secondary education or above and familiarity with financial products are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong client service orientation and willingness to resolve issues promptly.
• Familiarity with AML checks and financial compliance procedures.
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person to maintain high satisfaction.
• Understand client profiles, identify needs, and refer to relevant teams.
• Process account openings, including online setups.
• Perform AML checks and signatory updates as required.
• Manage daily client funding and withdrawal processes with internal departments.
