Job summary

NexusSearch in Hong Kong seeks a senior middle-office architect to design and operationalize an end-to-end workflow covering client onboarding, account structure setup, fee tracking, and sales-pipeline transparency.

The role partners with Front Office and Control Functions to optimize deal lifecycles, implement sales process management, oversee roadshows, and maintain standardized collateral for wealth and asset management offerings.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of middle-office operations, sales operations, or business management in securities or asset management.
• Experience establishing SOPs, roadmaps, and cross-regional collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong financial markets and SFC framework.
• Hong Kong residency or HK work authorization (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• 70% — Middle Office Operating Infrastructure & Sales Governance: 30% — BD & Sales Enablement / Roadshow Support:
• Architect and operationalize an end-to-end middle-office workflow covering client onboarding, account structure setup, fee tracking, and sales pipeline transparency.
• Partner with Front Office (BD/Sales) and Control Functions (Compliance, Risk, Legal, Product Operations) to optimize deal lifecycles and reduce operational friction.
• Implement sales process management, oversee roadshow execution, and maintain standardized collateral repositories for wealth and asset management offerings.
• Track pipeline health, client conversion metrics, and operational performance to iterate middle-office mechanisms.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of middle-office operations, sales operations, or business management experience within a securities firm, wealth management institution, or asset manager.
• Demonstrated experience establishing zero-to-one SOPs, operational roadmaps, and cross-regional/cross-functional collaboration frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong financial markets and regulatory frameworks (SFC).
• Background: Securities brokerage, wealth management, or asset management only (strictly no pure commercial retail banking profiles).
• Residency: Hong Kong Local or Mainland talents with existing HK work authorization (No visa sponsorship provided).

Fluency in English and Mandarin (mandatory); proficiency in Cantonese is an advantage
