Job summary

Goldhorse Capital is seeking a client services professional in Hong Kong to support client inquiries, process deposits and withdrawals, and handle securities and account transfers with strict regulatory compliance.

The role covers account opening for HNW, corporate, and institutional clients, AML controls, CRM system enhancements, data maintenance, and ad-hoc duties, with immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in client onboarding or wealth management.
• Holder of SFC Type 1 license.
• 2–5 years in client onboarding or servicing.
• Detail-oriented, compliant, proactive.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide client service support by handling inquiries, deposits/withdrawals, transfers, and other operational requests.
• Oversee account opening processes for different client types, ensuring compliant documentation.
• Maintain and update AML-related policies and procedures for onboarding and reviews.
• Manage client data with timely, accurate record updates.
• Participate in CRM system enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.

Job description

• Provide client service support by handling client inquiries, fund deposits/withdrawals, securities transfers, account transfers, and other operational requests.
• Oversee account opening processes for various client types, including high-net-worth individuals, corporate, and institutional clients, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory and internal compliance standards.
• Maintain and regularly update relevant policies and procedures for client onboarding and account reviews to strictly comply with AML policies and legal/regulatory requirements.
• Manage client data by updating records and ensuring timely maintenance and data accuracy within the system.
• Participate in the enhancement and optimization of the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, providing actionable feedback to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Provide general support to the team and carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or above, preferably with a degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Holder of a valid SFC Type 1 Representative license.
• 2–5 years of experience in client onboarding, account opening, or client servicing within wealth management or financial services (candidates with less experience but high potential will also be considered).
• Detail-oriented, compliance-minded, diligent, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• Proficient in PC applications, including MS Word and MS Excel.
• Immediate availability or a short notice period is highly preferred.
