Job summary

Forthright Financial Holdings Company Limited is seeking a Senior Client Services Officer (Brokerage) in Hong Kong. You will respond to client enquiries and front-line staff, process account openings and transfers, and maintain accurate client records to ensure service quality.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance, at least 3 years in customer service within a brokerage, and an SFC RA1 licence (RA2 is a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3-year relevant customer service experience within a brokerage or financial institution.
• SFC RA1 Representative Licence is required; SFC RA2 licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries and front-line staffs via phone, email, and in-person communication with professionalism and efficiency.
• Process client requests, including account opening, fund transfers, service-related transactions and other operational procedures.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, updating systems promptly and ensuring data integrity.
• Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely manner, escalating complex matters to senior staff when necessary.
• Assist with reporting and monitoring for investment-immigration clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate service delivery and client satisfaction.
