Job summary

Wheelock Properties (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Senior Client Officer (Customer Services) to deliver exceptional service across development projects in Hong Kong. The role requires coordinating handover activities, addressing after-sales needs, and supporting sales launches with a client-focused mindset.

The ideal candidate holds a Higher Diploma or above, has at least 5 years of experience with reputable property developers, and is fluent in English and Chinese (Putonghua).

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience from reputable property developers.
• Proactive, patient, customer-oriented and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Review handover planning and procedures with the Project/ Property Management teams.
• Participate in the handover process for selected special buyers.
• Follow up on defect rectification and inquiries from special buyers.
• Perform after-sales services.
• Support and participate in sales launches.
• Handle ad hoc assignments.

Responsibilities:

Review handover planning and procedures with the Project/ Property Management teams

Participate in the handover process for selected special buyers

Follow up on defect rectification and inquiries from special buyers

Perform after-sales services

Support and participate in sales launches

Handle ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above with customer services experience

At least 5 years of relevant experience gained from reputable Property Developers

Proactive, patient, customer-oriented, detail-minded and a team player

Strong customer service sense and communication skills

Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua

Hands-on PC skills including MS Word and Excel

Work on roster basis is required
