Job summary

Wheelock Properties (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Senior Programmer to join our development team in Hong Kong. You will build and implement core modules for the Property Sales System (PSS) and maintain APIs that enable data flow with other systems.

You will follow Architect-defined standards, produce API specifications and diagrams, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure architectural alignment with business goals and timelines. Proficiency in English and Chinese is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in development roles.
• Full-stack development capability across backend and frontend components.
• Experience in delivery features in an iterative/agile way, including participation in code reviews and unit testing.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new open-source libraries and frameworks.
• Strong team player capable of working closely with the Architect and fellow programmers to solve complex logic issues.
• High standards for code cleanliness, security, and unit testing to minimize production bugs.

Modern Tool: Containerization (e.g. Docker)

Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
