Job summary

Wheelock Properties (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Senior Treasury Officer to oversee day-to-day cash management and banking operations for development projects in Hong Kong. The role emphasizes accuracy, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with finance teams and external banks.

The candidate should have a Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance with at least five years of relevant experience, fluent Chinese and English, and strong PC/e-banking skills.

• At least 5 years relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and self-motivated with strong sense of accuracy.
• Good inter-personal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in PC skills and e-banking system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with counterparties for daily funding and cash management operations.
• Monitor project cash flows and prepare cash projection.
• Review and formulate treasury & cash management guidelines.
• Handle loan operations and prepare treasury reports.
• Arrange administrative matters in relation to banking arrangement.
• Manage bank accounts for operations and Company's initiatives.
• Arrange financial support documents for development projects to comply with statutory requirements.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
