Nova Insurance Group in Hong Kong is seeking a senior General Insurance claims professional to manage a diverse portfolio from notification to settlement. You will review coverage, advise on documentation, and negotiate settlements in clients' best interests.

You will liaise with insurers, loss adjusters and solicitors, monitor progress, and prepare reports to support renewals and risk management. Proficiency with AI-powered tools and strong language skills are essential for success.

Competenze

Degree or professional insurance qualification (ACII/ANZIIF).
Minimum 5 years' General Insurance claims experience with broker/insurer/loss adjuster.
Solid experience in Property, Liability, Employees' Compensation and Motor claims.
Strong knowledge of policies, claims procedures and negotiation.
Excellent communication and client servicing skills.

Mansioni

Manage a portfolio of General Insurance claims from notification to settlement.
Review policy coverage and claims documentation, advising on coverage and required documents.
Negotiate settlements and advocate in clients' best interests.
Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, solicitors and other stakeholders.
Monitor progress and drive timely resolution of outstanding claims.
Prepare claims reports and analyses to support renewals and risk management.
Utilise digital and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and data analysis.
Contribute to process improvement and field guidance for teammates.
