Acts Consulting Co. 毅知顧問公司 is seeking a Claims Manager (General Insurance) to lead a team and set strategic direction for insurance claims operations in Hong Kong. This role demands strong leadership, compliance focus, and a track record of driving performance.

You will analyze claims data, implement guidelines to streamline processes, and prepare management reports for multiple units. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in insurance or related fields.
• ANZIIF (Senior Associate / Fellow CIP) certification is preferred.
• Experience in general insurance claims management is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead teams and provide strategic direction aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Foster effective work teams with clearly defined responsibilities and performance expectations to ensure high productivity levels.
• Establish processes, such as claims guidelines, to facilitate claims automation.
• Implement the compliance policy and achieve favourable outcomes in audits and regulatory reviews.
• Analyse claims and prepare regular management reports and statistics for various business units and management reviews.
