Job summary

DFI Retail Group is seeking a Business Development & Services Senior Officer in Hong Kong to provide administrative and operational support for designated services categories. The role involves assisting in developing and implementing business strategies, preparing promotional and presentation materials, and coordinating with internal and external parties for smooth execution.

The successful candidate will analyze market trends, research customer insights, and maintain accurate business reports

Qualifications

Degree graduate with 2-3 years relevant experience in business development or account management or related fields.
Good analytical, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented, proactive, detail-minded, and able to work independently.
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support for the designated services categories.
Support team to develop and implement the business strategies for designated categories.
Assist in preparing promotional, communication, and presentation materials.
Coordinate with internal & external parties proactively & independently to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
Conduct research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to support strategic planning.
