Job summary

DFI Retail Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead category strategies for Marketing and Professional Services, driving cost optimisation, risk mitigation and value capture across markets.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, run end-to-end RFQ/RFX/eAuctions, monitor KPIs and coach teams to ensure compliance with internal standards while building long-term supplier partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years procurement experience on marketing and professional services categories.
• Experience in MNCs with operations in ASEAN markets and multiple banners/brands.
• Experience of working in teams and end-to-end procurement process including contract management and negotiation.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills; detail-oriented and problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies for Marketing and Professional Services.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and forecast price trends.
• Develop and implement RFQ/RFX/eAuctions and manage evaluation and negotiation processes.
• Adhere to procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards.
• Provide excellent business partnering support and stakeholder management to senior leaders.
