Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a strategic Business Development professional to drive growth across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. The role focuses on selling Creative Digital, Search, SEO, and AI-driven marketing solutions to global brands.

You will manage the full BD cycle, from prospecting to closing, while leveraging a strong network in HK/GBA and deep knowledge of digital marketing trends. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BD/sales experience in a digital agency or digital services company.
• Proven track record in consultative, solution-based sales and new client acquisition.
• Strong network across Hong Kong and/or the Greater Bay Area.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing, Creative, SEO/Search and AI trends.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proactive, commercial and results-driven with a strong hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across Creative Digital, Search, SEO, and AI-driven marketing solutions.
• Manage the full business development cycle, from prospecting and discovery through pitching, negotiation, and closing.
• Conduct in-depth prospect research to understand business needs, key stakeholders, and decision-making processes.
• Develop business opportunities across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, including Chinese companies expanding internationally.
• Lead complex pre-sales and RFP processes, collaborating with internal production and delivery teams on tailored solutions.
• Build strong client relationships and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing portfolio.
• Maintain strong CRM discipline while monitoring market trends and representing the company at client meetings and industry events.
