Job summary

Neo Derm in Hong Kong is seeking a high-calibre Brand Marketing leader to drive 360 brand marketing strategy across all treatment centres. The role bridges front-line execution and executive strategy, boosting therapist-led sales, operational efficiency and data-informed decisions.

You will lead KPI performance, oversee omnichannel campaigns, and shape automation and reporting efforts. This senior position requires a Bachelor's in business or marketing, 8+ years in luxury retail or services, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related disciplines.
8+ years of relevant experience in luxury retail or service brands with data-driven planning.
Strong leadership, business acumen and analytical skills.
Experience coaching and acting as a culture ambassador.
Fluent in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end 360 brand marketing strategy across all HK locations.
Lead frontline KPI performance and collaborate with marketing and platform teams.
Provide data-driven performance analyses for executive decision-making.
Develop and improve reporting systems and dashboards.
Support manpower planning and salary insights.
Oversee omnichannel campaigns and promotions.
