Job summary

A facilities management firm in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced professional to oversee campus facilities management services. Responsibilities include supervising staff and contractors, managing renovation projects, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in a related field and at least 8 years of experience. This position offers a full-time contract and various benefits including study leave and a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of post-qualification working experience in managing campus facilities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory ordinances and Codes of Practice.
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• At least 8 years of post‑qualification experience in campus facilities management, including repair, maintenance, cleaning, security, procurement and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with statutory ordinances and Codes of Practice; experience with Alteration and Addition / Minor Works under Buildings Department.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent client management skills and high level of service integrity.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Undertake ad-hoc projects/tasks as directed by the College.

Job Requirements

• At least 8 years of post‑qualification working experience in managing day‑to‑day operation of campus facilities or educational institution including repair and maintenance, cleaning, security, procurement, building project related development & budgeting
• Ensure compliance of relevant statutory ordinances, requirements and Codes of Practice, and with substantial experience in handling Alternation and Addition works / Minor Works under Buildings Department
• Strong leadership, and interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent client management skills and high level of service integrity
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
