Responsibilities
- Responsible for budget planning, enforcement of DMC, liaison with owners organization / clients, complaints handling, supervision of site staff, convening site meetings and monitoring of contractors’ performance, etc.
- Oversee and monitor the full spectrum of property management functions, including security, maintenance, cleaning, procurement, amenities and facilities management of assigned properties to ensure high service standards and quality.
- Monitor income and expenses and prepare annual budgets and other related financial duties.
- Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Identify and develop new measures for service upgrading and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with government departments, political bodies and other external parties to maintain close working relationship and uphold a positive corporate image.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Property Management, Housing Management, Building Management or related discipline with professional corporate membership of CIH / HKIH or equivalent.
- 6 years' experience in property and facility management gained from sizable companies.
- Strong leadership, and interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent client management skills and high level of service integrity.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- You will have an advantage if you are/ have
- o Possession of PMP (Tier 1) Licence
- o Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation)(Amendment) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances
