Job summary

A global financial services firm in Hong Kong is seeking a highly experienced Algo professional to join their Algo development team. This role involves collaboration with the quant team to design, develop, and manage an Algo trading platform. Ideal candidates will possess over 12 years of experience in trading system development, particularly in algorithmic trading, strong C# programming skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members. Excellent command of English and Chinese is required.

Qualifications

• 12 years or more experience in trading system development, especially in algorithmic trading.
• Proven experience working with low latency systems.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of talented Algo developers on our Algo and Analytic systems.
• Partner with the quant team and trading desks to develop new features.
• Mentor junior members of the team and perform code reviews.
