In close collaboration with the Algo quant team, our development team is responsible for designing, developing, and managing the Algo trading platform used by traders and clients worldwide.

Key Areas Broker Responsibilities

• Work with a team of talented Algo developers on our Algo and Analytic systems throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Partner with the quant team and trading desks to develop new features, integrate AI signals, and optimize strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in IT / Computer Science or related disciplines; Master Degree highly preferred.
• 12 years or more experience in trading system development, especially in algorithmic trading.
• Proven experience working with low latency systems.
• Exceptional programming skills, with proficiency in C# highly desirable.
• Machine learning and AI theory of algorithms is a plus Tcl
• Strong problem‑solving and analytic skills with a background in computer science, engineering, or related field.
