POADmedia Limited is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to supervise the accounting team and oversee daily financial operations in Hong Kong. You will manage AR/AP, payroll, and tax filings while ensuring accurate financial reporting for group entities.

The role requires strong analytical skills, integrity, and bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese to collaborate across departments and with external auditors.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance; HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 8 years' experience with 5+ years in a managerial financial accounting role.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
• Advertising industry experience preferred.
• Strong integrity, analytical, organized, proactive and detail-oriented.

Jobbeschreibung

Supervise and provide guidance to the accounting team; oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including but not limited to account receivable, account payable, payment, billing and fixed asset management.

Manage financial obligations, including handling vendor payments and monitoring collections and corresponding payouts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Oversee Media Sales billing and collections.

Prepare and review timely and accurate financial statements on company and consolidated levels. Perform group-level consolidation preparation for monthly reporting.

Handle monthly payroll, MPF and yearly salaries tax submission.

Ensure full compliance with tax regulations by managing tax reporting obligations.

Prepare working files for accounting standards (e.g., FRS16) reporting.

Lead statutory audit processes and liaise with external auditors for statutory audit and tax filing.

Manage company secretarial work,including preparing and submitting secretarial documents before filing deadline, and assisting with the opening and deregistration of companies.

Provide strategic financial analysis for projects to support business development and operational decisions.

Job Requirements:

Degree holder with major in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, preferably member of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications

A minimum of 8 years’ experience with at least 5 years in Managerial role of financial accounting, preferably gained with advertising companies

Knowledge of Flex System a definite advantage

Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Strong integrity and analytical skills, highly organized, work independently, proactive, and detailed-minded

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
