Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance or related
• Professional qualification such as CPA/HKICPA/ACCA preferred
• 6–8 years of accounting experience in public accounting, outsourcing or professional services
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients
• 2–3 years of team leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of HKFRS, payroll regulations and compliance

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounting and outsourced accounting clients across various industries.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients on accounting and compliance matters.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high service quality.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value-added services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of accounting and outsourced accounting clients across various industries.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on accounting, and compliance matters.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high service quality and client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value-added services to clients.
• Review and oversee the preparation of full sets of accounts and management reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (HKFRS) and other applicable regulations.
• Review month-end and year-end closing processes for client engagements.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to firm standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants and senior accountants.
• Review work completed by team members and provided guidance.

Business Advisory & Process Improvement:

• Provide advisory support to clients on accounting processes, financial reporting, and operational improvements.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and adoption of accounting technologies.
• Participate in internal projects aimed at improving service delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
• CPA, HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Minimum 6 to 8 years of accounting experience, preferably gained in a public accounting, outsourcing, or professional services environment.
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of clients.
• At least 2 to 3 years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong accounting standards, payroll regulations, and compliance requirements.
