Job summary

The French International School - Hong Kong is seeking a seasonal HSK Exam Operator to provide administrative, data entry, and logistical support for the upcoming HSK session. The role ensures accurate candidate registration, meticulous data management, and smooth operations before and during the examination day.

Reporting to the Head of Mandarin – French Secondary Stream, the position requires English and Putonghua proficiency, high data accuracy, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Putonghua (written and spoken).
• High accuracy in data entry and data management.
• Experience in school administration, exam coordination, or data clerking preferred.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and independently.

Responsibilities

• Verify student information, eligibility, and payment records against registration forms.
• Manage the official HSK system for planning, logistics, and data.
• Upload student information into the examination system.
• Generate and send exam admissions tickets and confirmations to candidates and parents.
• Coordinate logistics with IT for audio equipment and software prior to test day.
• Prepare examination materials including papers, answer sheets, and stationery.
• Assist with candidate check-in and identity verification on test day.
• Support invigilators to ensure compliance with exam regulations.
• Collect and securely pack completed materials for dispatch and grading.
