Qualifications

Fluent in English and Putonghua, written and spoken.
High accuracy in data entry and MS Excel proficiency.
Experience in school administration, exam coordination, or data clerking.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently under deadlines.
Eligible to work in Hong Kong.
Hourly pay HKD150.

Responsibilities

Verify student information and payment records against registration forms.
Manage the HSK system for planning, logistics, and data.
Upload student information into the official examination system.
Assist on test day: check-in, identity verification, invigilation support.
Coordinate with IT for equipment and exam software.
