Job summary

Swing Consulting Ltd. is seeking a Scrum Master in Hong Kong to drive technical delivery as part of an Agile Transformation team. The successful candidate will refine Agile Frameworks and optimize toolings like Jira and Azure DevOps to enhance project delivery.

The role also requires strong Agile knowledge and experience, coupled with effective communication skills across business and development teams.

Expected salary ranges from 30-50K HKD, depending on experience, along with benefits such as annual leave and a friendly working environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive technical delivery as a core member of the Agile Transformation and Engineering Excellence team.
• Refine the Agile Framework to enhance security project delivery and DevSecOps pipeline maturity.
• Optimize Agile & DevOps tooling (Jira/Azure DevOps) to automate release gates, tracking boards, and IaC metrics.
• Embed shift-left security by integrating SAST/DAST automation and compliance workflows into sprint cycles.
• Guide sprint planning to balance technical debt, cloud cost efficiency, performance, and architectural scalability.
• Track DevSecOps metrics (DORA metrics, defect density) to continuously optimize team maturity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 4+ years of Agile delivery or Scrum Master experience in Tech, Banking, or FinTech.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and secure delivery standards.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, and SonarQube.
• Understanding of automated testing, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), microservices, and cloud monitoring (Datadog/Prometheus).
• Exposure to OWASP Top 10 and vulnerability lifecycle management is a plus.
• Strong skills bridging communication between Business, Development, and InfoSec teams.
• Good grounding in technology concepts and financial industry security regulations.
• Analytical mindset to unblock complex technical dependencies.
• Proficiency in JQL or DevOps analytics for tracking defects and velocity bottlenecks is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Python or Bash for automation, reporting, and API metric collection is a plus.
• Experience with Jira Automation or CI/CD hooks to enforce compliance controls is a plus.
• Familiarity with RESTful API calls to link security scanning tools with Jira or Teams/Slack is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Cantonese.
