• Manage IT digitalization projects for the scopes, budget and on time delivery, such as Mobile App Application, B2B Event Platform etc.
• Work closely with product owners for requirement and backlog management, as well as new requests
• Manage stakeholders and vendors interfaces as required for the product
• Helping the Project Team to create high-value products and removing impediments to the Project Team’s progress
• Manage various teams in other internal departments and external SI vendor(s) in delivering technical project management services, including project planning, task scheduling, control and monitoring of project execution and risk management
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration, help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint

Qualifications

• University Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Minimum 5-year experience in IT project implementation, especially in B2B online applications of which at least 1-year in the capacity of Agile PM/ Scrum Master
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Strong business acumen and solid digital product management and development experience
• Familiar with software development using AWS Cloud services, DevOps environment and micro-services architecture is an advantage
• Experience in Agile & Waterfall project methodologies; experience in using confluence, Jira and related tools adoption
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English and Chinese, proficient to lead and conduct presentations and discussions in English and Cantonese
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Agile / Scrum Master certification is an advantage
