Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales support, distribution support, administration, customer service, or related field.
• Good organizational and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple activities and follow-up items.
• Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility and ability to follow through on tasks.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to work with frontline Sales, internal stakeholders and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination and administrative support for member enrolment and distribution-related activities.
• Coordinate ordering, distribution and inventory management of enrolment forms and sales materials across different contact points.
• Maintain records and tracking of materials and inventory to ensure sufficient stock.
• Act as coordination point between frontline Sales, internal stakeholders and external contacts.
• Liaise with stakeholders on schedules, enrolment activities, member engagements and distribution arrangements.
• Support frontline Sales in member engagement and business development activities.
• Maintain trackers for activities, materials, outstanding items and follow-up actions.
• Handle enquiries and coordinate with internal teams for timely follow-up and resolution.
• Support other distribution initiatives and ad-hoc assignments as required.
