Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or above with relevant experience.
• 3+ years in sales support or customer service, preferably in building materials.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin) for written and spoken communication.
• Proficient with ERP systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team to prepare and process quotations, orders, contracts and tenders.
• Coordinate with transport and warehouse teams; assist in stock management.
• Handle customer requests and resolve issues to maintain partnerships.
• Maintain customer and pricing databases and update SOPs.
• Take on ad hoc projects as assigned by management.
