Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Limited is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator in Hong Kong to handle customer inquiries, quotations, invoices and sales orders. You will coordinate with key accounts’ supply chains and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and enquiries.

You will assist stock planning, prepare monthly reports, forecasts and budgets, and take on ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor. Strong communication in Cantonese, English and Mandarin will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other related discipline
• Min. 3 years relevant experience in the Sales & Marketing / Sales Coordination
• Customer Service is preferred
• Quick learner to learn about products & services and present to customers
• Good analytical mind, well organization skills and good communication skills
• Familiar with using Vlookup and Pivot Table
• Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotation and invoices, process sales orders
• Follow up with key accounts’ supply chains and internal parties for sales order processing, coordination and enquiries
• Assist and coordinate in stock planning
• Prepare the monthly report, forecast, budgeting etc
• Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor
