Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, analytical and commercially minded Sales Operations Manager to support operational excellence and drive sales effectiveness across the Asia region. You will play a key role in streamlining sales workflows, enhancing CRM adoption, delivering actionable business insights, and supporting regional sales enablement efforts. As a key partner to the regional sales leadership, you will ensure smooth execution of commercial strategies while adapting global best practices to local market needs.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Business Analytics (80%) & Sales Enablement & Regional Support (20%)
- Optimize end-to-end sales processes to improve productivity, deal governance and pipeline visibility across Asia.
- Act as regional CRM owner (ATLAS), ensuring data integrity, user adoption and reporting accuracy in line with global standards.
- Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards, KPI tracking, revenue forecasts and executive-level reporting using BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Prepare data analysis and insights for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, as well as weekly pipeline calls with regional leadership.
- Support territory planning, account segmentation, quota setting and sales capacity modelling in collaboration with commercial leaders.
- Manage commission exception handling for the Asia region, ensuring timely resolution, proper documentation and compliance with global compensation policies.
- Assist in rolling out global sales enablement programs, training content and productivity tools to regional teams.
- Coordinate onboarding for new sales hires in Asia and provide ongoing coaching on CRM usage, sales methodologies and operational tools.
- Work with Marketing and Product to adapt sales collateral, playbooks and GTM messaging for key Asian markets.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with Finance, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain and HR to ensure alignment between commercial execution and organizational objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to regional sales leaders on operational matters, process improvements and data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics or related field; MBA or advanced qualification is an advantage.
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Commercial Operations within a complex B2B setting.
- Essential: Hands-on experience in Contract Logistics, 3PL, Supply Chain or Freight Forwarding, with solid understanding of long sales cycles and logistics operational models.
- Strong proficiency in enterprise CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, ATLAS).
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for modelling and analysis.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Demonstrated success supporting cross-border sales teams across diverse Asian markets.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with ability to collaborate effective across time zones.
