Job summary

Marsh’s Wealth Team in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned professional to drive revenue growth and manage client pipelines within our People & Investments business. Based in Hong Kong, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to deliver tailored investment capabilities and build lasting relationships.

You will engage with senior clients, contribute to strategic initiatives, and support events and roadshows, while staying ahead of market trends and feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in investment management or consulting industry.
• The ability to build solid working relationships and to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the business.
• Agility in problem solving, and able to work autonomously to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong language capabilities in spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Support client events and roadshows.
• Any other ad-hoc projects/duties and business development focused activity as required.
