Job summary

Marsh Risk in Hong Kong seeks a talented FINPRO professional to manage a portfolio of global corporate clients and drive insurance solutions. Based in Hong Kong, you will renew programs, handle inquiries, and collaborate with various business units to deliver comprehensive coverage.

You should have a Bachelor degree in a related field and 5+ years in insurance brokerage or financial services, with strong client relationships and bilingual English/Chinese abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in insurance, legal, commerce or equivalent discipline.
• 5+ years' experience in insurance brokerage, legal or financial services.
• Ambitious with a solution-focused mindset.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of global corporate clients, including insurance program renewal and daily inquiries
• Understand clients’ risk exposure and deliver solutions using Marsh servicing model
• Collaborate with other business units to provide holistic client solutions
• Interact with clients, address coverage questions and adjust programs
• Oversee account profitability, budgeting and receivables
