Marsh in Hong Kong is seeking an Investment Manager to join our Wealth Team within the People & Investments business. You will drive revenue growth, manage client pipelines, and help implement the sales strategy with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor degree and 7+ years in investment management or consulting, with strong English and Chinese skills and the ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in investment management or consulting industry.
• Ability to build solid working relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
• Agility in problem solving and ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines.
• Highly disciplined, proactive, results-driven.
• Strong English and Chinese language skills (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in revenues and clients from targeted segments.
• Build relationships and support pipeline management and sales processes.
• Collaborate within a dynamic team to execute the sales strategy.
• Raise awareness of investment capabilities among corporate and institutional clients.
• Educate internal stakeholders and provide market intelligence feedback.
• Prepare articles and materials for client meetings, roadshows, and events.
• Identify topical issues and develop a client POV for the company.
• Support client events and roadshows.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and business development activities.
