Job summary

Marsh Risk in Hong Kong is seeking a talented risk management professional to manage a portfolio of large multinational clients, leading insurance renewals and addressing daily inquiries. You will coordinate with Marsh placement, specialty, claims and risk consulting teams to deliver insurance solutions, expand the client portfolio with new products and services, and ensure local service standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in insurance, risk management or relevant field
• IIQE or ANZIIF qualification is required
• 8+ years of experience in general insurance
• Proactive, responsible, detail oriented, dedicated and flexible
• Diligent and organized with good time management and efficiency
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Large Multinational Clients, including insurance program renewal and daily client inquiries
• Understand clients’ risk exposures and implement Marsh client servicing model to deliver insurance solutions and expand current client portfolio with new products and advisory services
• Work with Marsh placement, specialty, claims and risk consulting teams on insurance renewals and solutions
• Interact with clients and provide assistance with coverage questions and program adjustments; resolve client account issues
• Coordinate Marsh network offices and ensure local service standards/goals are delivered
• Responsible for assigned account profitability, budget and receivables
• Implement Marsh Professional Standards and guidelines for assigned accounts
• Coach other team members to deliver timely and focused customer service

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Management team. This role will be based in Hong Kong.

We will count on you to:

• Manage a portfolio of Large Multinational Clients, including insurance program renewal and daily client inquiries
• Understand clients’ risk exposures and implement Marsh client servicing model to deliver insurance solutions and expand current client portfolio with new products, advisory services and other MMC services
• Work with Marsh placement, specialty, claims and risk consulting teams on insurance renewals and solutions
• Interact regularly with clients and provide assistance with coverage questions and program adjustments; solves problems regarding client account issues
• Coordination of Marsh network offices and ensure local service standards/goals are delivered
• Responsible for assigned account profitability, budget and receivables
• Responsible for implementation of the Marsh Professional Standard and guidelines for assigned accounts.
• Coaching other team members to deliver timely and focused customer service

What you need to have:

• Bachelor degree holder in insurance, risk management or any relevant field
• IIQE or ANZIIF qualification is required
• 8+ work experience in general insurance
• Selling to education industry is a plus
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, dedicated and flexible
• Diligent and organized, good time management and efficient
• Proficient in the use of the computer including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
