Marsh Risk in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned professional to manage a portfolio of global corporate clients. You will renew insurance programs, drive new business, handle inquiries and deliver solutions using Marsh’s servicing model.

The role requires 5+ years in insurance brokerage or related financial services, with strong client relationship skills and fluency in English and Chinese. Office-based in Hong Kong with hybrid work opportunities and collaborative projects with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in insurance, legal, commerce or equivalent discipline.
• 5+ years relevant experience in insurance brokerage, legal or financial services.
• Ambitious, solution-focused with strong client relationship management skills.
• Proficient PC skills: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

• Manage a portfolio of global corporate clients, including insurance program renewal, driving new business and handling daily client inquiries

• Understand clients’ risk exposure and use Marsh client servicing model to deliver insurance solutions

• Work closely with other business units to help deliver a comprehensive and holistic solution to clients

• Interact regularly with clients and provide assistance with coverage questions and program adjustments; solves problems regarding client account issues

What you need to have:

• Bachelor degree in insurance, legal, commerce or equivalent discipline

• 5+ years relevant working experience in insurance brokerage, legal or financial services industry

• Ambitious, solution focus and with strong skills in client relationship management

• Good PC Skills, including Word, Excel & Power Point

• Language fluency in English and Chinese
