All-Link Air and Sea Company Limited is seeking a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager in Hong Kong. You will promote our comprehensive logistics services—air, ocean, export and import—while driving growth across Southeast Asia, Europe and the US.

You will generate and qualify leads for overseas offices and agents, turning prospects into long-term business. We offer top commissions, uncapped 30% of gross profit, double pay and year-end performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Form 5 graduate or equivalent sales experience in freight forwarding.
• Solid understanding of airfreight and ocean freight.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
