Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to lead freight forwarding growth across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. You will engage enterprise shippers, map routing needs, and engineer multi-modal solutions across Air, Ocean, and Cross-Border services.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4+ years in freight forwarding or 3PL sales, strong presentation skills, and fluent English with Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency. This is a full-time on-site role in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2–4+ years of progressive commercial sales or business development experience within Freight Forwarding, NVOCC, or 3PL Contract Logistics.
• Proven proactive mindset with experience uncovering customer pain points, negotiating value-based solutions, and closing new business.
• Polished, articulate, and confident executive presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; professional fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is required.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead freight forwarding business development across Hong Kong and South China / GBA, targeting enterprise shippers and direct importers/exporters.
• Partner with clients to map global routing requirements; engineer competitive multi-modal freight solutions across Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Cross-Border consolidation.
• Drive high-yield revenue growth and deliver against KPI milestones through disciplined pipeline execution and active account acquisition.
