Role Description

The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Hong Kong SAR. This role is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue and margin targets for Angel Wings Garment Manufacturing Co., Limited. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and coordinating closely with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. The Sales Manager will prepare forecasts and sales reports, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to meet changing customer and market needs. This role also involves negotiating contracts, overseeing pricing strategies, supporting key client meetings, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in sales leadership or account management within garment manufacturing, apparel, or related industries.
• Strong skills in business development, customer relationship management, and negotiation.
• Ability to create and implement sales plans, track performance metrics, and report on sales results.
• Solid understanding of production processes, supply chain, and quality requirements in manufacturing environments.
