Job summary

Tessellation International Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales to drive sales in the World Sales Market and to support the execution of the entire order process from sample development through bulk production.

You will collect customer information, identify new clients, coordinate with merchandising in product development, supervise a team, prepare customer presentations, and liaise with Accounts, Logistics, IT and HR to ensure quality and on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of sales and merchandising experience, preferably in garment manufacturing.
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Proficient in common software (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook etc.).
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Effective stress management and conflict resolution skills.
• Accountable, proactive and possessing a pleasant personality.
• Agile and adaptive to change.
• Occasional business travel required.
