Tectara Materials Limited, a supplier of KOVON architectural decorative films, is expanding its sales team in Hong Kong. The Sales Executive will promote products to interior designers, architects, contractors and property managers, identify new business opportunities and drive orders through presentations, samples and quotations.

Responsibilities

• Promote architectural decorative films to interior designers, architects, contractors, developers and property management companies.
• Identify new business opportunities and approach potential customers via calls, visits and referrals.
• Conduct product presentations and arrange samples according to customer needs.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and follow up on enquiries to secure orders.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support.

Job Duties

Promote architectural decorative films to interior designers, architects, contractors, developers and property management companies.

Identify new business opportunities and actively approach potential customers through calls, visits and referrals.

Conduct product presentations and arrange samples according to customers’ project requirements.

Prepare quotations, negotiate sales terms and follow up on enquiries to secure orders.

Build and maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support.

Coordinate order processing and delivery arrangements with the internal team.

Monitor project progress, maintain sales records and work towards sales targets.

Requirements

Prefer at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in building materials, wallpaper, decorative films or interior finishing products.

An established network of designers, contractors or renovation companies would be an advantage.

Proactive in developing new customers and confident in conducting client visits independently.

Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsible, organised and attentive to customer follow-up.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to earn through sales performance.

Good command of Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin communication skills.

Basic proficiency in MS Office and Chinese and English typing.
